About the Class

Where mindfulness meets movement in a harmonious blend. In these sessions, we will explore the foundational postures of Hatha yoga with a focus on cultivating awareness and presence. Each pose is approached with intention and care, encouraging a deep connection between mind and body.   Classes incorporate:  guided breathwork to center your mind and enhance your focus gentle stretches that prepare the body for deeper work, release tension, and set a mindful tone for the practice. intentional asana with attention to alignment, clear cueing, and breath.  emphasis on smooth transitions between poses to help keep the body safe guided relaxation and reflection to integrate the benefits of the practice and promote a profound sense of tranquility   These classes are suitable for all levels, offering a supportive environment to explore your practice with mindfulness and intention. Come with an open heart and leave feeling centered and rejuvenated.

Special Instructions

To ensure that you can maximize the relaxing benefits of yoga in our studio, please note the following: Classes begin promptly at the time listed on the calendar. Doors will be locked once class begins. Please plan to arrive between 10-15 minutes before class starts. Bring your own yoga mat. Please stay home if you feel sick in any way (COVID-related or not). If you are unable to attend a class that you have registered for, please deregister as soon as possible. You will not be able to deregister within 1 hour of the class start time. If you do not deregister, a class credit will be deducted from your account. If you are a Monthly Unlimited member and you do not deregister, you will be charged the drop-in rate of $28.
