This gentle and restorative practice is designed to help you unwind and release accumulated stress, tension, and fatigue. In this class, you will be guided through a series of supported poses using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks. These props allow you to find comfort and ease in each pose, promoting a profound sense of relaxation. The postures are held for longer periods, encouraging the body to rest deeply and restore balance. You will be led through breathwork, mindfulness techniques, and guided relaxation, creating a serene environment that helps calm the nervous system and enhance mental clarity. Whether you are recovering from an intense workout, dealing with stress, or simply seeking a peaceful escape, this class offers a perfect opportunity to recharge and find inner calm.

Special Instructions

To ensure that you can maximize the relaxing benefits of yoga in our studio, please note the following: Classes begin promptly at the time listed on the calendar. Doors will be locked once class begins. Please plan to arrive between 10-15 minutes before class starts. Bring your own yoga mat. Please stay home if you feel sick in any way (COVID-related or not). If you are unable to attend a class that you have registered for, please deregister as soon as possible. You will not be able to deregister within 1 hour of the class start time. If you do not deregister, a class credit will be deducted from your account. If you are a Monthly Unlimited member and you do not deregister, you will be charged the drop-in rate of $28.
