Join Liz for weekly kids' yoga classes. Each session provides a full yoga experience, featuring stretching and strengthening poses (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and relaxation. These classes go beyond traditional adult yoga—it's “real” yoga presented in a fun, kid-friendly manner that encourages children to play, laugh, move, and work together while practicing yoga.
Please plan to bring your mat for your child. If your child is coughing or sniffly, consider staying home. You may cancel registrations up to 60 minutes before the start of class. If you do not cancel your registration, a class credit will be deducted from your account.
