Follow Up Sessions require less intake time and continue forward with addressing your current levels of pain and restriction of normal movements. The initial Thai Yoga Massage allows for clinical assessments to be measured and the necessary intake forms to be filled in, followed by a specifically designed Thai Yoga Massage designed per your healing requirements. Initially I need to determine the areas of hypertonus muscle, shortened muscle tissue, de-facilitated muscle tissue, hyper-flexibility and restricted range of motion, to achieve a base line of data for the specific health concerns you may have presented with. Whereas, Thai Yoga Massage does not need to be addressing particular health issues and can also be performed for health and well-being maintenance, when you do attend with a particular health issue, that issue will be addressed in our first session and assessed for what the potential root issues are that are causing this imbalance to present itself. My work encompasses both Traditional Integrated Thai Yoga Techniques of Rocking, Compression, Stretching, Traction and Circling and the unique clinical Thai Yoga Massage techniques that work to resolve the trigger point in the muscle fibers that have compromised that muscle into being dysfunctionally shortened or lengthened into a de-facilitated state. Feedback pressure is utilized over the trigger points to block the usual nociceptive data that precedes a muscle maintaining its dysfunctional state instead of allowing movement thru the normal range of motion. All Thai Yoga Sessions include the free use of the Richway Amethyst Mini half-mat. ($40 value)
