About the Class

Elemental Flow integrates the five natural elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether.  Each element corresponds to specific chakras, qualities, and practices to harmonize body, mind and soul.  This class will focus on grounding, connecting with the earth element to promote stability, mobility, and balance. Diving into the water element to enhance creativity, adaptability, flow and emotional release. Igniting our fire element through passion, inner strength, and willpower.  Practicing Pranayama (breathing techniques) will unite us with the air element. Synchronizing breath with steady movements to enhance mindfulness and build an energizing calm. Integrating it all through ether (space) by promoting stillness, expansion and consciousness.  This transformative practice serves as a holistic path toward self-awareness and deepening your connection with nature.  All levels welcome and encouraged.
