This is a quiet contemplative practice.Yin Yoga is ideal for people of most fitness levels who want to develop a relaxed, meditative practice or balance an intense exercise routine. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. The Restorative practice allows you to slow down, relax, and turn inward, which helps alleviate stress and restore your energy levels. With the addition of soothing essential oils, you will feel peaceful, relaxed and calm. (Essential oils are optional.)  All levels welcome and encouraged.
