During Weekend #3 of Module 1 of our 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, Therese will be diving into the CORE of yoga (and life). What to Expect This Weekend The Four Aims of Life: Dharma - Your purpose, your truth, your righteous path Artha - Prosperity, resources, sustainability Kama - Pleasure, desire, fulfillment Moksha - Liberation, freedom, transcendence Why This Is “The Core”: Every single thing you do on your mat and in your life relates to one (or more) of these four aims. They're not abstract philosophy - they're the operating system of a meaningful life. When you understand the Purushartas, you understand: Why you practice yoga (which aim is calling you?) What your students are actually seeking (hint: it's not just a good stretch) How to create classes that serve real human needs (not just Instagram aesthetics) How to live a balanced life as a teacher and human And here's the best part: We're exploring this through embodied practice. Each Purushartha has its own energy, its own movement quality, its own feeling in your body. We're not just talking about this - we're LIVING it. Individual Weekends and Modules are available a la carte for all yoga teachers and teachers in training.
