You will be led through a series of slow gentle poses to stretch and strengthen your body by our certified instructor in our hot studio. Depending on the instructor, you may be led in a Vinyasa flow, or through breathwork and individual poses in Hatha. Whether you are a beginner or a pro, this class gives you the opportunity to slow down and release tension while building your practice.
Please bring your own mat and water. Mats will not be available to loan at the studio.
