About the Class

Suspension Training body weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete exercises for a full body workout. TRX regular classes are 45 minutes long. TRX Express classes are 30 minutes long.

This class is recommended for ages 16+. Please bring your own mat.
