Warm Yin Yoga

About the Class

Yin Yoga is a slow practice incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine with poses that are held for time allowing breath and relaxation to be a focal point.  Yin yoga targets the deep connective tissue (fascia) throughout the body.  The intention of this practice is to help improve mobility. All level are welcome.  Instructors may choose to use essential oils in their classes.
