About the Class

Chakras, or the “Wheels of Life,” are energy centers of the body. We have seven main chakras, which relate to everything from our feelings of safety and security to our ability to give and receive unconditional love. Working with the chakra system can help us foster a deeper relationship with the self and realize areas of strength and weakness not just in the physical body, but our mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies as well. Chakra Flow offers an effective sequence of yoga postures for bringing these energy centers into balance in order to be more at peace and find liberation. During this class, we practice specific yoga postures that are beneficial for the chakras in combination with positive affirmations, meditation, guided visualizations, and breathing exercises. Chakra flow is an all levels class that can be a very healing and fun experience!
