About the Class

This slow flow Yoga class will move you through each pose with the breath, guiding you through slow, mindful movements. The pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, allowing time to practice and explore. This is an all levels class, and is wonderful for slowing down and focusing on healing your mind and body. This class is not necessarily gentle practice, but it will be a smoothly paced Yoga class, perfect for beginners and beyond.
