

Needing to unwind and destress the body, mind and spirit? Enjoy moving through a slower Vinyasa flow to build heat, strength and flexibility in the body. The studio will be intentionally heated more than a regualr class to create a warm and cozy feeling. Class will cool down with yin postures to help calm the mind and release any extra tension lying deeper in the body. Leave feeling a deep sense of peace and calm. All levels welcome.
