Jay is an RYT-500 certified yoga teacher and former U.S. Marine. His yoga journey began in 2015 after an injury, leading him to discover its transformative power. Through dedicated practice and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, he developed a teaching style that blends discipline with soulful exploration. Jay emphasizes safety, alignment, and breath while encouraging self-inquiry and growth. His classes inspire students to explore their potential with curiosity and courage.
