My wife and I took my very first yoga class ever — and it was hot yoga — so we walked in a little nervous. The instructor immediately made us feel at ease, made sure all of the movements were easy to follow, and reminded us often that rest breaks were not only okay, but encouraged. The guidance throughout the class was clear, supportive, and never intimidating. I never once felt lost or out of place, even as a complete beginner. By the end of the session I felt incredible — physically challenged, mentally refreshed, and honestly inspired to keep coming back. I never expected my first yoga experience to be this positive, but it truly was. Highly recommend this class to anyone, especially if you’ve never tried yoga before
