About the Class

Start your day with a basic yoga class that will stretch and strengthen your body as well as create mindfullness to take with you throughout your day.  Using both held poses and vinyasa flows, we will focus on both strength and alignment, leaving you feeling centered, open, and energized. This class is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners. New to yoga,  no problem!  We provide variations so each student challenged and welcomed!
