About the Appointment

A grounding, heart-centered Reiki session for mothers in any stage of pregnancy or up to 6 months postpartum. Whether you're preparing to welcome your little one or navigating the early days of motherhood, this offering is designed to support you through it all—with presence, care, and deep rest. You'll have space to check in and share how you're truly feeling—emotionally, physically, and energetically. Reiki is offered in side-lying or supported reclined positions with cushions and props tailored to your needs. Babies are absolutely welcome to join and rest alongside you, swaddled, cuddled, or held in your arms during the session. Please note: for safety and energetic flow, mobile or crawling infants are not permitted at this time. Perfect for easing anxiety, releasing tension, and reconnecting with your body as you journey through pregnancy or early postpartum. Includes: • Optional card pull and crystal singing bowls • 40 minutes of gentle Usui Reiki • Cozy support for you and baby during the session • Time to check in, reflect, and integrate Travel Option: In-home sessions are available within Wichita for a $5 local travel fee.
