Susan Polk, the instructor, is one of only two instructors in the state of KY that is certified to teach prenatal yoga!

 The monthly rate for the "Santosha Summer Membership" is $129, the same low rate as our Unlimited Annual monthly Membership, which typically requires a 12-month commitment. Santosha means contentment, which is exactly how we hope you'll feel after spending time on your mat.
