About the Class

In this class, the instructor will begin the most basic form of a pose, and demonstrate modifications to lessen the intensity, or to build on that pose to increase the intensity.  This class will benefit all levels of experience to build strength, flexibility, and improve balance.

Special Instructions

Please notify your instructor or contact us if you have any of the following, so we can create modifications or recommend you advise a doctor before attending our classses: Previous or current injuries Neuromuscular conditions Skeletal disease, such as spinal curvatures, osteoporosis, arthritis History of joint replacement Cardiovascular diseases Respiratory diseases Vertigo or Migraines PTSD Have been diagnosed with a mental health condition or emotional disorder
