This retreat will take place at Kiva Dunes in Gulf Shores, Alabama from Thursday evening October 16th at 4pm to Monday October 20th at 11am. Room Options: -Master King Room (sleeps 2); $3000/$3200 (Per Room) -King Room (sleeps 2): $2800/$3000 (Per Room) -Queen Room (sleeps 2): $2700/$2900 (Per Room) -Bunk Room Twin Beds (sleeps 4): $1050/$1250 (Per Person) -Shared Room w/ Twin & Sofabed (sleeps 3): $1050/$1250 (Per Person) -Shared Room w/ Queen & Twin (sleeps 3): $1050/$1250 (Per Person) $500 deposit to secure your room/bed which is nonrefundable/transferrable only. All rooms come with a private bathroom and all meals are included in pricing Activities: Movement classes (Yoga, yin, Gentle) Ice Bath/Cold Therapy Breathwork Vison board and Craft Activities Conscious Conversations Beach Games Nature Walks We will offer yoga classes, meditation, meditation walks, a little history of Kiva Dunes and Fort Morgan, free time, classes and workshops on healing and reviving what you need to continue to move through the year, as well as gathering with a great group of people and relaxing in a beautiful place.
