Root2Rise is your local Yoga studio that is all about community!
We offer classes to all levels; from heated power flow to a variety
of restorative classes and adaptive chair. We offer massage
services, private classes, workshops, and teacher training.
Located on site is the freshest juices and salads in town to
accommodate all your wellness feel-good needs! All you have to
do is show up :) 
Located in the heart of Houma's historic downtown with plenty of
FREE parking on side streets.
