Summer Fire: A Fire Element Yin Yoga Journey (with singing bowls) This 90-minute class invites you to embrace the spirit of summer – joy, light, love, passion and abudance – through the practice of yin yoga. We'll explore poses that gently stretch and open the body, encouraging a sense of fluidity and ease. Expect: A focus on the Fire Element: We'll connect with the energy of summer and the fire element, cultivating qualities of warmth and expansion. The practice will target the meridian channels (energetic pathways) of the upper body - the most yang of all channels.  Sound Healing: Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, promoting a sense of calm and inner peace. Benefits: Increase flexibility and range of motion Reduce stress and anxiety Promote deep relaxation and rejuvenation Cultivate a sense of inner peace and tranquility Who is this class for? This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners. No prior yoga experience is required.
