

Relax the mind, body, and spirit in this cozy, candle-lit Restorave Yoga class. Restorative yoga postures (asanas) are held for longer durations with the use/help of props to allow you to really release tension and stress in the muscles and deepen your practice. Restorative yoga can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve flexibility and mobility, and promote healing. You will leave this class feeling relaxed, rested and calm. All levels are welcome! Recommended to bring a yoga mat and water. Optional to bring a blanket, pillow/bolster, and cozy socks or sweatshirt for savasana. The class will be at room temperature: 75 +/- degrees.
