This Hatha Slow Flow class aims to harmonize mind, body, and spirit through conscious movement and breath. The practice begins with pranayama then moves through a mindful series of postures to help create balance in the body, build flexibility and mobility, and release tension. Asanas are held a bit longer in Hatha Yoga allowing for several breaths and the chance to find stability and comfort in each pose. The class ends with a relaxing extended savasana and different guided meditation techniques. This 60 minute flow is in a warm temperature room 85+ degrees, and is open to all levels of practitioners. This class is beginner-friendly as variations of each posture are offered!
