About the Class

Calling all runners/power walkers! It’s time to shake out the legs and start enjoying the spring like weather.   Designed for runners of all levels, this session combines an easy 2-mile shakeout run to loosen the legs with a guided yoga flow centered on mobility, breath, and recovery. We’ll gently wake up the body, calm pre-training nerves, and set intentions for the training cycle ahead—without overworking tired muscles. Whether you’re training for an organized run or just want a couple steps in before a yoga session class, this class offers the perfect opportunity to reconnect with your body, build community with fellow runners, and begin your training feeling centered, confident, and strong. Come move, stretch, and reset as we kick off the journey together.
