Candace's journey with yoga has been one of self-discovery and growth. She has experienced firsthand the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of a consistent yoga practice. It has helped her find balance and peace in her life, and she is passionate about sharing this gift with others. In 2020, Candace took the leap to become a yoga teacher. Her 500-hour training has equipped her with a deep understanding of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and teaching techniques.
