Use the TRX Suspension Trainer to create movements that will amplify your internal temperature as you simultaneously increase body awareness, build strength, cultivate functional mobility, and improve core stability. ~ warm room (85*)

Special Instructions

Please be sure that your suspension trainer is securely anchored before the start of class. Class will begin with the straps fully short. Gather two blocks of the same size and a blanket for knee cushion and place them at the top of your mat.
