We’ll begin by building awareness of the specific muscles, actions, and alignment that make these poses strong, sustainable, and safe. Blocks, blankets, and other props are thoughtfully incorporated to support your practice and make these postures more accessible as strength and confidence grow. This class is never about achieving a picture-perfect pose—it’s about learning how to practice well. You’ll receive explicit, individualized instruction, and sometimes that means slowing down, modifying, or waiting until your body is truly ready.
