Yoga Studio

We have two beautiful spacious spaces, Suite 246 & 247
located in the Eastworks Building in Easthampton. Our Yoga Studio
and Wellness Center is 1,800 spacious square feet featuring
hardwood floors and 14 foot ceilings, a wall of windows, extensive
live plant life and a gorgeous view overlooking Mt Tom. We offer a
variety of yoga classes and styles including Aerial Yoga as well as
more traditional styles of Yoga. We feature many unique wellness
workshops, events and trainings. Across the hall is our serene
1,000 square foot healing sanctuary infused with elements of
nature. Here we offer Bodywork such as Shiatsu, Thai, Deep Tissue
and other healing modalities including shamanic healing and energy
work.
