About the Class

6am Classes only - same Original Hot Yoga just early in the morning, when you body may be stiff but your mind is open and practicing will make the whole day better. Classes are IN-PERSON at 69 Ferry Street #7 Easthampton MA  ALL ATTENDEES LEAVE NO TRACE- please clean up after yourself, all the sweat puddles and trails may be cleaned up with hand towels provided, bring your own mat, towel and water bottle. Ensure no personal items are left behind. Stayin' Aligned is not responsible for lost or missing items left at the studio. Place dirty linens belonging to the studio in the laundry bag or washer and empty trash cans as needed. Keep the studio available for members use all day long by maintaining a sanitary and tidy studio space.
