This Hot Vinyasa practice will be fused with elements of fitness as you build a rhythmic & dynamic flow to one breathe, one movement. Class will be challenging for all levels. Modifications can be taken to accommodate different levels. 3-5 yoga classes recommended as pre-requisite but not neccessary. Aprroximately 90-95 degress with appropriate humidity.
