Audrey’s journey into movement began right after college, where she fell in love with the powerful trifecta of Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, and Inferno Hot Pilates. That passion soon turned into a calling, inspiring her to transition from the mat to the front of the room through her Yoga Sculpt teacher training.Currently a medical student, Audrey knows firsthand that there is no better "prescription" for the stress of a busy life than a session at Evoke. For her, the mat is a unique sanctuary where you can work hard, relax deeply, and—most importantly—have fun!Audrey brings high-intensity energy and an infectious positivity to every class. Her mission? To lead a room that leaves you feeling empowered, resilient, and stronger both inside and out!
