About the Class

Hatha Yoga is a wonderful way to tone and shape te lower body (thighs, gluteal muscles, calves) without using any weights, equipment or machines. Since yoga uses our own body weight to build muscle, it can be an effective way to shape your lower body with a low risk of injury. That class offers a variety of postures that are deliberately sequenced with the breath to achieve a continuous but gentle flow. No two classes are ever alike. For students of all levels.
