Yin Yoga is a series of poses that are held for longer periods of time to get into the deep tissues of the body - bones, ligaments, fascia. Poses are typically done on the floor and held for up to 5 minutes. Yin Yoga helps improve the energy flow through out your body. Some other effects of a practice can be a calm mind, reduced stress, increases circulation, improved joint mobility and others. This class is appropriate for all levels.
