A version of a Vinyasa Flow class, this 45 minute Yoga class combines yoga poses with hand weights (optional) and repetitions to build strength and flexibility. The first 5 minutes of class will be used to become grounded and centered while channeling the breath, then you will move into a 35 minute flow and end with a 5 cool minute cool down and savasana. This class can help build strength and help improve flexibility and breath function.
