About the Event

Women's Wellness Event w/Melissa McKim, Tricia Glynn & Jen Petty Sunday June 14th 10:30am-5:30pm $150 per participant   Join is for a nourishing day dedicated to aging well through movement, mindfulness, and holistic practices. This thoughtfully designed workshop blends yoga, strength-building, and the wisdom of Ayurveda to help you cultivate balance, vitality, and sustainable well-being. We’ll begin by connecting as a group before moving into an energizing yoga-with-weights session. After a relaxing lunch,* you’ll explore how Ayurvedic principles can support longevity in modern life, followed by a strength-focused asana practice to build resilience in both body and mind. The afternoon continues with interactive Ayurvedic self-care rituals—simple, daily practices you can bring home with you. We’ll close the day with gentle movement, hands-on relaxation, a sage cleanse, and a soothing sound meditation to leave you feeling grounded, restored, and deeply cared for.
