Ayurvedic Health Assessment Ayurveda is the science of life with roots prior to the vedic time period. Ayurveda's premise is that each human is born with a unique constition or 'that which has a tendency to go out of balance'. Ayurveda looks at the whole person; the physical and mental constitution, diet, lifestyle as well as jyotish and can tell us how to live a well balanced life and in alignment with nature. If you are interested in havng an Ayurvedic assessment, schedule the initial client intake appointment. This assessment can be done in person or virtually via zoom. A review of your forms will occur during the initial assesment, and any reccomendations on diet, liefstyle, yoga chikitsa etc. will be discussed during our second appointment. We will schedule 2 follow up appointments to check in on you and the recommendations we have give you.
