Myofascial Release with the Roll Model® Method Join Melissa Mckim, Certified Roll Model® Method Practitioner, for self Myofascial Release using the Yoga Tune Up ® pliable and grip-able balls designed to roll out your fascia. Each class we will spend time rolling out one of the functional anatomy lines. Melissa ties in her knowledge of Eastern (TCM) anatomy and Acupressure points along the superficial fascia lines will be targeted.
