This class is strong and empowering. This is an all levels class, great for students of all ages. We begin with centering the body and mind. Breathing technique offered and traditional Hatha and Vinyasa yoga brings you through transitions as you focus on strengthening the physical body using a variety of props, including light weights, bala bangles and resistance bands (all props optional). This class is perfect for those who want to feel like they are building heat and muscle strength while staying true to the traditional yoga practice, savasana completes our hour long class. Our goal is to help you feel balanced, strong and calm after taking this class!
