About the Class

Just Breathe Today...take 30 minutes at noon time to tune into your breath and yourself.   This class may be just the perfect pick me up for you! In 30 minutes, you will be guided to change your state of awareness and your energy. Each class will include a couple of quick warmups and then 2 short breathing meditations. All of this work can be done from a chair at your desk or any cozy space you may have. Whether you are brand new to yoga or a long time practitioner, all are welcome.   *It's recommended that you have taken at least 3 Kundalini Yoga classes before taking this class*
