Warrior Within Yoga Project Inc is a 501c3 not for profit
headquartered in Natick, MA. 

Founded in 2022, the organization's mission is to equip veterans,
service members and first responders with the tools and training to
manage stress, increase resilience and promote post traumatic
growth. Through yoga they create community, reginite bonds and
provide a space where Warriors can heal from invisible wounds
shoulder to shoulder.
Classes are available at not cost to Massachusetts veterans,
first responders and their families at a number of locations.
Please note, we do not host classes at our headquarters at 317 N
Main St, Natick. View our schedule to find where you can find a
