

Our Power Yoga class is a challenging vinyasa practice that encourages the exploration of your own personal power: power of your breath, power of your physical body, and power of your mind. This class is creatively and thoughtfully sequenced and offers a mix of strengthening, stretching, gracefulness, balancing, and relaxing for a totally invigorating experience. At least five to ten previous Moderate Power classes are recommended. High Intensity and High Heat 95 Degrees or higher.
