Our Intro to Yoga is a basics class that allows the yoga student the opportunity to learn the yoga poses in a relaxed and supportive environment. The yoga poses will be broken down to their basic elements and will include modification so any student can safely practice. It is taught at a slower pace allowing for gentle transitions between postures. This practice will have both gentle and challenging aspects to it. This class is suitable for all - regardless of body type, fitness level, or age - and will benefit students new to yoga as well as experienced students looking for an opportunity to deepen their knowledge of the poses.
