Spa Yoga® is a 75 minute, slow flow, floor-based yoga class that is built upon the Fluid Yoga® Sequencing. This class flows through the body’s senses to discover a deeper awareness. The physical practice spends time opening all energetic points of the body to leave the practitioner with a blissed-out feeling. Classes may incorporate low light, soothing aromatherapy, hands-on assists, and an extended guided savasana.
