About the Class

Yinyasa = Yin + Vinyasa This class blends the slow-paced, long-held stretches of yin yoga with the flowing poses and balances of vinyasa yoga. It is designed to build mind-body-breath awareness, core strength, and flexibility. Instruction will be offered throughout the sequence to relax, connect movement with breath, and allow each student to modify to best suit their body and practice.
