In this practice, you are guided into a state between waking and sleeping, where the body can release what it’s been holding and the nervous system can finally exhale. There is nothing to do, nowhere to go—just layers of settling, floating, and returning. Ayanna’s approach is slow, spacious, and liberation-centered. Rooted in care for bodies carrying stress, trauma, and survival, this is a space where rest becomes safe again.
