About the Appointment

Experience a practice supported by wall straps to encourage length, balance, alignment, and more ease in the yoga poses. Get support in balancing poses, extension in standing poses, and enjoy the benefits of inversions without weight on your hands, arms, or head. Beneficial for everyone - all levels welcome and no rope yoga wall experience necessary. (I usually run over for their first session if we have studio availability).

Note: Due to inversions, the Wall is not recommended for those with high blood pressure, detached retinas, glaucoma or during menstruation.
