BIOS and CLASS DESCRIPTIONSAs a physical therapist and yoga teacher, Kara brings a thoughtful and grounded approach to movement that blends strength, mobility, alignment, and mindfulness. Her classes are designed to help students feel more confident, connected, and at ease in their bodies while creating space for growth at every level of practice.Kara is especially passionate about making yoga approachable and accessible for beginners, while also supporting experienced students who want to deepen their strength, stability, and self-awareness through intentional movement.Her teaching reflects a deep belief that movement can be a powerful tool for healing, resilience, balance, and self-trust — both on and off the mat.In addition to adult classes, Kara enjoys working with children and young athletes, helping them develop strength, mobility, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness while cultivating mindfulness, confidence, and emotional resilience.She believes that developing a sense of grounding, self-awareness, and connection within oneself is an essential foundation for young children and athletes — both in movement and in life.
