Asana, Pranayama and Meditation This all level class begins with a combination of physical postures to warm, stretch, and strengthen the body, along with breathing techniques to help restore mind body balance. The second half of class offers a guided meditation to enhance self-awareness, work towards inner stillness, and help find your calm on and off your mat. Moderate Level heat for 40 minute flow followed by a 20 minute meditation. The class will be 85-90 degrees.
