

Join Pam E. for a special Vinyasa Flow series that weaves together movement, philosophy, and story. Each class combines traditional Vinyasa Flow with Pam’s passion for exploring the deeper roots of yoga—through creative use of props, alignment tools, and the mythic stories behind the poses. All classes are FLOW classes. Monthly Cycle of Classes 1st Monday & Thursday – Danda Practice: Explore the use of poles as an alignment tool to support posture awareness, balance, and flow coordination. 2nd Monday & Thursday – Ashtanga Primary Series: A set sequence of postures linked by vinyasa, designed to strengthen and open the body. 3rd Monday & Thursday – Creative Props: Use blankets, blocks, the wall, straps, and more to deepen and enrich your Vinyasa Flow experience. 4th Monday & Thursday – Stories Behind the Poses: Deepen your understanding of the meaning of postures and sequences through the richness of mythology and philosophy. 5th Monday & Thursday (if calendar allows) – A repeat of one of the above classes. Each class closes with an optional 10–15 minute meditation or short Yoga Nidra after Savasana. (Mild Heat)
